ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

The Architectural Review Board shall regulate the external design, appearance, use, location and maintenance of the properties and of the Single-Family residences and Villa units, maintenance-provided units, and improvements constructed thereon in such a manner so as to preserve and enhance values and to maintain a harmonious relationship among structures and the natural vegetation and topography. (CCR, 2004)

The members are appointed by the Rockwell Estates Board of Directors on an annual basis.
