The 2024 rental fee is $125.00. You must put a $50 deposit down to secure your rental date (this will go towards the $125 rental fee). We no longer charge a $200 damage deposit. Any damages will be charged directly to your HA-KC account.
Once you submit this request, you will be contacted by Jon Gregory, Clubhouse Director.

You must be current on all dues and assessment to enjoy the HOA amenities including the pool and clubhouse.
