Playground Project

The Rockwell Estates Homeowner's Association is excited to announce a community-focused fundraising project aimed at enhancing our neighborhood's family-friendly atmosphere. We are embarking on an initiative to build a new playground—the first major capital addition in our neighborhood's nearly 20-year history—designed to offer a safe and engaging space for children to play and families to gather. This project not only promises to enrich the lives of our residents but also to foster a stronger sense of community and belonging. We invite every member of the Rockwell Estates to join hands in turning this vision into a reality, making our neighborhood a more vibrant and joyful place for everyone.

The playground groundbreaking is scheduled for the week of July 15, 2024 weather permitting. The construction may take up to 4-6 weeks to complete.

We are about 25% to goal on our $10,000 fundraising campaign as of July 2024.
